Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake is an all-inclusive Full American Plan destination resort and rates listed are per person per night. All rates include three meals with each night's stay plus the use of resort facilities and activities, and vary throughout the season.
To make a reservation, or to inquire about availability, please call us at the Lodge at (207) 655-4524 or email us at migis@migis.com. We do not offer online reservations, but our on-site reservations team will be happy to help you individually. You may also submit a reservation request, and we'll get back to you regarding availability.
Advance reservations are advisable during all of our season, and it is necessary for us to know both your arrival and departure dates. The required deposit per cottage ranges $1,500 to $2,500 from opening to Labor Day and then $500 to $1,000 from Labor Day until closing. This deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in your reservation confirmation. If, for any reason, a cancellation of your entire stay is necessary, we will return the deposit if the cancellation is received sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival time. In the event of a cancellation within those 60 days, we will return the full deposit only if the space can be re-booked. If you change your reservation to arrive late or depart early, you will be responsible for payment for those evenings unless we are able to rebook the accommodation on your behalf.
For July and August we cannot accept advance reservations of less than a week (7 days) unless we have short openings. However, last-minute space is often available for periods of less than a week, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Maine State Lodging Tax of 9% and a Service Charge of 15% (on lodging, food and beverages) will be added to all bills.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, personal checks, and travelers' checks. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Guests are welcome to arrive as early and depart as late as they want in order to take advantage of all Migis facilties. However, check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check out-time is 11:00 AM.
Dressing for dinner is a storied Migis tradition. Beginning at 5:30pm our dress code applies in the Main Lodge, on the porch and terraces and in the dining room. Required and appropriate clothing include:
Infant (under 1 year old): $50 per day*
Toddler (1-5 years): $90 per day*
Child (6-12 years): 50% of the additional person rate*
Infant (under 1 year old): $35 per day*
Toddler (1-5 years): $65 per day*
Child (6-12 years): 50% of the additional person rate*

Children of all ages are most welcome at Migis Lodge, and in consideration of all of our guests we have established the following policy:
Families with children five years of age or younger are served in our air-conditioning Family Dining Room which offers, in addition to our regular menus, a children's menu for lunch and dinner.
During dinner, parents of young ones have two options: they can eat in the Family Dining Room with their children, or they can have their children participate in our traditional "Zoo" program, which runs from Father's Day in June to Indiginous People's / Columbus Day in October. This includes, at no additional charge, a supervised children's evening program from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, with dinner in the Family Dining Room from a special children's menu and a supervised playtime after dinner, enabling parents to eat at their leisure in our Main Dining Room. Older children are invited to participate in these programs if they wish.
Migis Lodge does not accept pets. If you are traveling with a Service Dog, please visit our accessibility page. A list of nearby kennels can be provided upon request.
Note about accessibility: We offer accessible cottages, accessible bathrooms, and dedicated parking services. Our cabin stewards will be more than happy to provide complimentary assistance. Our common areas, including our Main Lodge, dining room, and lobby are all accessible.
