Gray Gull 1

Gray Gull 1 is a three bedroom/three bath lakeside duplex cottage. There are wonderful views of the lake from rockers on the front porch. The living room has a fieldstone fireplace, flat screen TV, and wet bar with undercounter refrigerator. There are two first floor bedrooms. The first has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second can be set up as a king bed or twin beds, also with en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The second floor primary bedroom is a spacious room with king bed, private balcony overlooking the lake and large en-suite bathroom with stall shower and separate soaking tub. There is a pullout couch in the living room and space for a cot or pack n’ play. There are 8 stone steps up to the front porch.
