Enjoy family time on Sebago Lake in one of two special lakeside homes adjacent to Migis Lodge, featuring full kitchens and gas grills, private balconies, screened porches, multiple fireplaces, private beaches, docks, canoes and kayaks. Migis Homes can be rented as part of the full Migis Plan (6 person minimum) or as separate “housekeeping” cottages. They accommodate 6 to 14 persons.
Summer House is a four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home with a great upstairs sleeping porch accommodating up to six, making this home a great choice for a large family gathering. The first floor has a double sided living room, three fireplaces, a large screened porch including a dining table for 15, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with cookware, china, glasses, and flatware. There is a large propane grill for cooking out. The cottage has a ½ bath on the first floor, as well as a bedroom with private bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with king beds, one with queen. Each has a gas fireplace, full bath and private balcony with lake view. The sleeping porch (think summer camp cabin!), has six twin size beds and a half bath. The home has a large front lawn leading down to the lake with a private beach and dock, along with a canoe and kayak.
Tall Pines is a three bedroom and three and a half bath home with four fireplaces. The first floor great room has a massive cathedral ceiling, fieldstone fireplace, flat screen cable TV, dining room with seating for 10, and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with cookware, china, glasses, and flatware. There is a ½ bath on the first floor, a screened porch, and a king bedroom, full bath, and private outdoor sitting area overlooking the lake. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one king and one queen, each with private balcony with lake view and full bath. One of the bedrooms has a gas fireplace. The home has an outside fireplace, patio, private beach, and dock with canoe and kayak. This spectacular home was featured as “Home of the Month” in Yankee Magazine.
Migis Homes can be rented as "housekeeping" cottages. The Tall Pines rate is $1,500.00 per day, and Summer House is $1,750.00 per day (taxable, no service charge added). This includes cottage setup before your arrival, daily towel change and trash service from the Migis staff, and cleanup after your departure. Access to facilities at Migis Lodge is not included; the home has a private beach, dock, canoe and kayak.
Housekeeping services and golf cart rentals can provided for an additional fee. Meals at the Lodge can be added a la carte by advanced reservation. Tax and service charge apply.
