Enjoy family time on Sebago Lake in one of two special lakeside homes adjacent to Migis Lodge, featuring full kitchens and gas grills, private balconies, screened porches, multiple fireplaces, private beaches, docks, canoes and kayaks. Migis Homes can be rented as part of the full Migis Plan (6 person minimum) or as separate “housekeeping” cottages. They accommodate 6 to 14 persons.
Summer House is a four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home that is a great choice for a family gathering. Here is a double sided living room, three fireplaces, large screened porch including a dining table for 15, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large propane grill outside. The cottage has a ½ bath on the first floor, and a bedroom with private bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms with private baths and balconies and a sleeping porch with six twin size beds and a half bath. The home has a private beach and dock with a canoe and kayak.
Tall Pines is a three bedroom, three and a half bath home with four fireplaces. The great room has a cathedral ceiling, flat screen TV, dining room seating for 10, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There is a ½ bath on the first floor, a screened porch, and a king bedroom with full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with private balcony and bath. There is an outside fireplace, private beach, dock with canoe and kayak and was featured as “Home of the Month” in Yankee Magazine.
Migis Homes can be rented as "housekeeping" cottages. The Tall Pines rate is $1,550 per day, and Summer House is $1,800 per day (taxable, no service charge added). This includes cottage setup before your arrival, daily towel change and trash service from the Migis staff, and cleanup after your departure. Access to facilities at Migis Lodge is not included; the home has a private beach, dock, canoe and kayak.
Housekeeping services and golf cart rentals can provided for an additional fee. Meals at the Lodge can be added a la carte by advanced reservation. Tax and service charge apply.
