Lake House

Lake House is a five bedroom, five and a half bath two story classic Maine lakeside cottage. There is a private terrace with lounge chairs as well as a private beach area in front of the cottage. On the first floor is a wraparound screened porch, sun room, large living room with fieldstone fireplace, TV room (with pullout couch and attached ½ bath), and wet bar with undercounter refrigerator. The primary bedroom with king bed and private bath is also on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms each with queen bed, plus one bedroom with a king or twin beds; each of these 4 bedrooms has a private bath. There are three steps to enter from the parking area behind the cottage.
