Dining Room
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the dining room or on the front porch, with the exception of our three times weekly cookout dinners and Saturday lunch cookout. Meal locations are posted daily.
Breakfast
We serve breakfast each day from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, with coffee available at 6:00 am by the fire in the living room. On breakfast cookout days, no breakfast buffet will be served in the dining room. For our guests who like to sleep in, we offer coffee and pastries in our living room until 11:00 am.
Lunch
We offer lunch daily from 12:30 to 1:30pm. The dining room menu changes daily and pre-ordered to-go lunch boxes are available. From Father's Day in June through Labor Day we offer the choice of lunch at the Main Lodge or at Cookout Point.
Dinner
Dinner is served at the Main Lodge and porch when not at Cookout Point. We offer our nightly changing five-course menu, featuring lobster in addition to a variety of entree choices. Pickup dinner service is available only when dinner service is taking place in the Main Lodge. Dinner at Cookout Point is served two nights per week. Join us before dinner at 5:30 pm on the terrace and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine from our bar.
Saturday Night Buffet
Join us each Saturday evening for a guest favorite, our gourmet "Buffet Night". We offer an array of great items including lobster, carving station, shrimp, scallops, poached salmon and many Chef's specialties. Our Saturday dessert buffet is not to be missed.
Dress Code
Dressing for dinner is a storied Migis tradition. Beginning at 5:30 pm our dress code applies in the Main Lodge, on the porch and terraces and in the dining room.
- Gentlemen aged 13 and older are required to wear jackets
- Gentlemen of all ages are required to wear a collared shirt and traditional khaki or other dress pants
- Ladies may choose dress pants or capris, skirts, dresses, blouses, dressier tops and sweaters
- No t-shirts, athletic wear, jeans or baseball caps
Dining with Children
Children of all ages are most welcome at Migis Lodge, and in consideration of our guests we have the following policy:
Families will be served in the Hancock Room during breakfast and lunch. During dinner, children can participate in our traditional "Zoo" program available starting June 16. This includes, at no additional charge, a supervised children's evening program from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm with dinner from the special children's menu and supervised playtime after dinner. This enables parents to dine at their leisure in the Main Lodge dining room or Cookout Point.
Children five years of age and under who do not participate in the Zoo program for dinner will be served with their families in our Hancock Room or on the back porch. Children 6 years and older are welcome in the main dining room or Main Lodge porch for dinner.
