Migis Lodge is seeking full and part time seasonal employees. Each season we hire staff members who are willing to work hard to provide great guest service and to help us provide an idyllic vacation experience. We offer full and part time seasonal employment. Some full time seasonal positions offer the possibility of on-site staff housing in our dorm with double rooms with private baths. There is a room charge. There are staff laundry facilities on-site and Migis has wireless Internet access. Meals are provided for resident staff and for others during working hours. Staff can enjoy swimming in beautiful Sebago Lake and can use all of our facilities (boats, fitness center, tennis courts, etc.) as long as guests are not using them or waiting for them.
The social season begins in mid-June, but we bring some staff on in early May to assist with special events. We ask summer seasonal staff to commit through Labor Day, and invite others to consider staying on through the end of our season in late October.
We hire seasonal staff in the following areas:
Bartenders, Cabin Stewards, Children's Program Counselors, Dining Room Servers, Front Desk Clerks, Groundskeepers, Housekeepers, Laundry Attendant, Culinary Staff, Maintenance, and Waterski Instructors
