2013 Tall Pines And Summer House Rate Information

The Tall Pines rate is $1300.00 per day, and Summer House is $1500.00 per day (taxable, but no service charge added). This includes cottage setup before your arrival, daily towel change and trash service from the Migis Staff, and clean-up after your departure. Access to facilities at Migis Lodge are not included, but the home has a private beach, dock, canoe and kayak.

“Full” housekeeping service can be added at $75 a visit, which includes sheet change, bathroom cleaning, floor sweeping, and vacuuming. (plus tax and service charge)

A Golf Cart can be rented on your behalf at the prevailing rate (currently $40/day + $75 deliver/pickup charge).

Meals at the Lodge can be added a la carte by advanced reservation. Tax and service charge apply.
