Wow! I’m sitting here looking out the front window of the Lodge and the sunset is absolutely amazing this evening. The day was mostly cloudy, but many of the clouds have lifted and those remaining are doing a great job reflecting the setting sun creating a true Migis sunset. The hills beyond Sebago are a deep purple and the lake itself is on fire reflecting the setting sun. I’m alone in the Lodge right now – I hope that our guests are sitting on their front porches or by their fires looking out over the lake at this impressive sight. Too bad "sunset" only lasts just a few quiet minutes. Although Sunday’s sunset will soon be a memory, the promise of maybe even a better sunset tomorrow lingers in the back of my mind! Come join us for our last few sunsets of the 2008 season!
