Migis chef John Strain dish was in high demand at Camp Sunshine Suitcase Party!

On September 21 of this year, Migis Lodge participated in an amazing fundraiser for our neighbor Camp Sunshine, a camp for children with life-threatening illnesses, and for their immediate families. The Maine Suitcase Party was a high flying success, and we were pleased that Migis chef John Strain’s scallop bite was the most popular of the evening’s food offerings.  Perhaps this will help in your holiday party planning?  Here’s his recipe!
