Whether meandering the shoreline up to Frye's Leap and the Songo River, or hitching a ride to our memorable island cookouts, chances are you've cruised Sebago Lake on the Tykona, Migis' 1944 Chris-Craft. As many of our guests noticed, she started to show her age a bit this past summer.
This winter, the boat has been trailered up to Bristol, Maine and is being worked on by the very skilled hands of Rene and Mary Goulette at Shop to Shore Woodworking.
As you can see, its more than just sanding and varnishing, but she'll be back in Sebago's waters in time for our first wedding event in May, ready to ferry the bride around the shore to her ceremony site.
It's 45 degrees out today, the unusually warm day is reminding us how close we are getting to our summer season. All of us here, including the Tykona, look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another memorable Migis vacation.
See you soon,
Jed
