The renovation to Daybreak is moving right along, as Colby, Phil, Adam, and Ian are putting in some very long days to ensure that the project is completed on time.
Pictured to the left is the very spacious new bedroom; large bay windows will be installed in the far wall to the left, offering a spectacular view over the sauna beach and across Sebago Lake.
The new living room will have a beautiful cathedral ceiling and french doors leading out onto the oversized deck. 
Adam and Phil, pictured to the right, are just about to complete paneling the walls with our traditional pine v-match, then the finish work will begin and the hardwood floors will go down.

Gary, the electrician, and Eldron, the plumber, have been busy plugging away at their contributions to the project, and Tony and his team of painters are anxiously awaiting the go-ahead. As always, it will be an exciting spring at Migis as we complete all our various projects and get the property looking it's very best. Stay tuned!
